Dr. Khashayar Shakiba demonstrated to be very knowledgeable with the information he provided me during my visit, and is patient with questions asked. Dr. Khashayar Shakiba has the most pleasant staff I have experienced in a doctor’s office. I had a comfortable experience visiting Dr. Khashayar Shakiba, and HIGHLY recommend you visit Dr. #Khashayar #Shakiba too.

Dr.Shakiba is the most caring doctor I have ever met. He is very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly I felt very comfortable having a surgery done by him. He literally saved my life and personally called the following day to check up on me. I couldn’t be more thankful for his uplifting approach and professionalism.

A kind and supportive person, very professional and takes time to explain procedures in advance with concern for managing any anticipated discomfort. A true asset to the terrific practice group.

Dr. K was very professional and thoughtful in her examination and exhibits a caring bedside manner. The issues I have are with her office staff. They lack, in my opinion, a certain professionalism needed to be the “ front of the house”. I arrived on time and was taken on time. The woman who showed me to the room, left me there for 10 minutes ( no problem) she returned and asked me why I was there and told me to strip from the waist down. She never returned. Another “ nurse” came in and asked if my breasts were being examined ( this was my annual exam!) I said yes she threw a cloth robe at me ( “opening to the front “) helped me put it on and said she had to take my blood pressure etc. Left me and I never saw her again. My vitals were never taken. In addition, we were to have Prolia shots and were told that the refrigerator may have compromised the medication and that we would have to go to the hospital for them. We were led to believe it was a simple process ( just call for an appointment and go here… we were given a print out of “here”). Thankfully I decided to call from the office only to find out the process was a bit more complicated. Only to find out that once we go to the hospital we were forever bound to go there. When I questioned why I was basically told “because “. I then asked to speak to Agnes for clarification and was told “ she’s on a two hour conference call, but would call me to explain”. She has not called as yet. This might sound like nitpicking, and might be explained if the office was busy, but we were the only ones in the outer office for the whole time. I am “complaining “ because I experienced an apparent lack of concern and/ or interest from the staff, ( who are the public faces of the doctor) not what one wants when visiting any doctor let alone an OBGNY. ON this visit A for Dr. K, D for her staff.
